Our Place in Eternity

There’s a matter of life and death that we regularly forget in the busyness of life and the daily challenges of relations. This matter of great import is the issue of where folks will spend his eternal life..
Each living person’s last destination hinges on the simplicity of receiving God’s forgiveness for their sins. Not one of us – saved or unsaved – merit God’s mercy.

No kind of good deeds, non secular activity, or church attendance can earn us this free gift of forgiveness and eternal relationship with our Maker.

Without God’s gift of grace – a new spirit, made possible by the death and resurrection of Jesus – we could never be washed and made clean.

Thru a straightforward act of religion, we will receive God’s offer of total pardon and an absolutely new religious nature. But due to man’s “bent” away from God, we can’t naturally recognize our desire for forgiveness or see that non secular death is avoidable only thru Jesus. ( 1 Corinthians 2:14 ) And yet God openly offers eternal life, perfect goodness, and adoption into his folks to all who receive it thru religion.
